PAYMENT PROCESS
The payment process starts only after the service scope, named coordinator, date and cancellation terms are confirmed in writing. This website does not collect card details.
We confirm the exact non-clinical coordination, interpretation or accompaniment service, responsible person, date, hours and total fee.
Multi-day and early bookings normally begin with a 20% booking prepayment. The remaining balance follows the written milestones.
When online card payment is connected, the licensed provider may ask you to verify the payment through your bank using 3DS. Never send card details by form, email or WhatsApp.
Each payment is tied to one order. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; completed agreed work and approved documented costs are itemised.
Hospital, physician, examination, medication and treatment charges are excluded and paid directly to the hospital or licensed provider. Transport, hotel, visa, insurance and other suppliers are paid separately unless a written agreement lawfully states otherwise.
RECEPTION READINESS
These are the checks required for each booking, not a claim that every city, language or provider is already available.
Confirm the person's name, city, language, agreed hours and backup contact. No confirmed person means no accepted booking.
Record the hospital's official channel, reply, campus, appointment status and charges. An inquiry is not a confirmed slot.
Check meeting points, luggage, mobility and dietary needs, hotel access and licensed transport. Confirm any extra supplier separately.
Record completed tasks, remaining documents, authorised family contacts and next follow-up date. Clinical instructions stay with the provider.
